How to connect

  1. Enter your Quick Connect ID

    Type in the ID your Tevalis engineer gives you, then click Connect. The ID is unique to each session.

  2. Confirm the invitation

    Click Connect again to join the session. Only continue if you were expecting a call from Tevalis.

  3. Run the downloaded file

    A file named QuickConnect (.exe) will download. Open it from your browser's downloads list.

  4. Wait about 30 seconds

    The install runs silently, so nothing will pop up. Your engineer will take it from here and connect to your till.
